Carl’s Doomsday Scenario
editions & ISBNs

Match your copy of Carl’s Doomsday Scenario to a publisher listing before comparing page numbers or bonus material. These three US print editions have separate ISBNs and different listed lengths.

An edition’s publication date describes that edition, not the novel’s original release. This is a selected reference, not a complete worldwide catalog. Prices, stock, digital identifiers and other editions are not inferred.

Three publisher listings to compare

Each ISBN link selects its own Penguin Random House product record. Format, imprint, date and page count below belong to that record.

Where does the bonus story fit?

Penguin Random House’s Book 2 description identifies part two of Backstage at the Pineapple Cabaret as print-edition bonus material. Check the description and contents for your exact copy; do not assume every digital, audio, translated or special edition contains the same material.

For reading orientation, finish the numbered novel before a bonus installment included with it. Keep the main novels in their numbered reading order. This is a reader recommendation, not a claim about an installment’s plot chronology.

Print, ebook and audio labels serve different purposes

Matt Dinniman’s Book 2 page provides separate print, ebook, audiobook and immersive-audio entry points. Use the entry for the format you consulted rather than carrying a print ISBN into a recording citation.

Record the production label and a timestamp when citing audio. This print table establishes no ebook or audio identifier, runtime equivalence, or cross-format page mapping. Follow the author’s format links to check the version you consulted.

A short edition check

  1. Read your copy’s details. Check the title or copyright page, barcode, or library record for format, publisher and ISBN. A similar cover is not enough to identify an edition.
  2. Match the identifier. Follow the corresponding publisher record above. If your ISBN differs, preserve that difference and consult its own publisher record instead of substituting one from this table.
  3. Use a locator from your copy. Retain a chapter or checked page number with edition information. For audio, retain the production and timestamp. Consult the Sources & Citation Guide for citation templates.

Comparing the preceding volume? See Book 1 editions & ISBNs. For the main novels, use the reading-order guide. Character biographies and timelines may reveal later-book events; this edition reference avoids plot summaries.
